When you create an account, we collect your email address, display name, and password (stored as a hash — we never see your actual password). When you use our tools, we store the data you enter: assessment scores, reflections, goals, tasks, questions, and gratitude entries.
Your data is used to provide the spence.growth platform features: displaying your assessments, generating AI-powered suggestions, syncing couple features, and sending you emails you request (like action plan exports). We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
When you use AI-powered suggestions, your assessment data (scores and reflections) is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate personalized recommendations. This data is processed according to Anthropic's usage policies and is not used to train AI models.
When you link with a partner, both partners can view each other's assessment scores, reflections, goals, tasks, gratitude entries, and shared session notes. You can unlink from your partner at any time in Settings — this removes shared access going forward but does not delete historical data.
Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security policies that ensure each user can only access their own data and authorized shared data. All connections are encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Authentication is managed by Supabase Auth with secure session handling.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. You can delete your account, which will remove your profile and personal data from our systems.
