spence.growth is a web-based platform offering interactive tools for goal setting, decision-making, relationship management, and personal development. The platform is provided “as is” and is intended for informational and self-improvement purposes only.
The tools, AI suggestions, frameworks, and content on spence.growth are not a substitute for professional therapy, counseling, financial advice, or medical care. If you or your partner are experiencing relationship difficulties, mental health challenges, or other serious concerns, please seek help from a qualified professional.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to use spence.growth. One person per account — sharing credentials is not permitted. Couple features require a separate account for each partner.
You retain ownership of everything you write on spence.growth — reflections, goals, gratitude entries, and other personal content. By using the platform, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content back to you (and to your linked partner where applicable).
You agree not to use spence.growth for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to access another user's data without authorization, or to interfere with the platform's operation. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
If you subscribe to a paid tier, payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 14 days of a charge for assistance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, spence.growth and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We'll notify registered users of material changes via email.
